Kosar Haj Najafi holds an M.Sc. in genetics. She has research experience in multi-omics, especially the integration of transcriptomic and metabolomic data with systems biology and network analysis for the study of cancer. She is experienced in wet-lab techniques, computational methods such as machine learning, and programming in Python and R. Her research interests include single-cell analysis, immunogenomics, and precision medicine with the goal of using computational biology to identify gene drivers and potential therapeutic markers in cancer.
