Kianoosh Naghibzadeh is a PhD student in Biomedical Engineering at Toronto Metropolitan University, developing AI models and pipelines on biomedical data. With a background in Cellular and Molecular Biology (BSc) and Bioinformatics (MSc), his work bridges wet-lab and computational biology, spanning lipidomics-based profiling of cancer metabolism at the University of Manitoba, host–virus interactions studied through metagenomics at the University of Helsinki, and medical image analysis.
